This video is explaining the preparation of Rain water harvesting method at home. It is very important to store the rain water, especially the rains we are getting during Summer season, and if we store these 3-4 good rain water during summer then there will not be any scarcity of water and the well wont run dry during summer. Also, if the monsoon duration is less, this method will be beneficial to keep a good water level in the well. This video is made with English subtitle and explained in a detailed way to know the preparation of the Rain water harvesting at home. Mainly we are using 5 materials to prepare this method, 1) Drum or storage tank 2) Pipe connection (This can be a connection to the simple Terrace drainage system or an advanced Roof Gutter downspout pipeline system) 3) Grit Sand 4) Charcoal 5) Metal. Please wash all the materials before use and make 4 layers in the drum as described in the video. Storage of water is important, so please ensure to make a rain water harvest system at your home.
