Hi chechi ദിവസവും ചേച്ചി കാണിച്ചുതരുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പാചകം എങ്കിലും പഠിച്ചിരിക്കും അതാണെൻ്റെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ചാലഞ്ച് . പാചകത്തിനും Theory യും practical. ഉണ്ട്. ഇത് കാണുമ്പോൾ എനിക്കങ്ങനെയാണ് തോന്നിയത്. try ചെയ്ത എല്ലാത്തിലും ഞാൻ വിജയിച്ചു. ചേച്ചി കാരണം ഞാനും നല്ലൊരു പാചകക്കാരിയാണ്. പാചകത്തിനിടയിൽ ചേച്ചിയുടെ സംസാരം കൂടി കേട്ടാൽ ഒരു പ്രത്യേക Confident വരാനുണ്ട്. ഇങ്ങനെ തിളച്ച വെള്ളത്തിലിട്ട് തേങ്ങയിട്ടാൽ ആ പോളപ്പ് കിട്ടില്ല. ഇത്രയും വേകണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. അതാകും എളുപ്പം. അധികം വേകാതെ എടുക്കുന്ന താണ് ഈസി.

എനിക്ക് ഒരുപാടിഷ്ടം. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ try ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. മാഡത്തിന്റെ അവതരണ ശൈലി ഒരുപാടിഷ്ടമാണ്. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ഏറ്റവും അവസാനം taste ചെയ്ത് നോക്കുന്ന ഒരു സംഭവമുണ്ടല്ലോ? എല്ലാ റെസിപ്പി യുടെയും അവസാനം അത് കാണാനാണ് ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്. അത് കാണുമ്പോഴേ വായിൽ വെള്ളമൂറി തുടങ്ങും.

ഫ്ലവേഴ്സ് ഒരു കോടിയിൽ വന്നപ്പോഴാണ് പാചക സാമ്രാജ്യം വെട്ടിപ്പിടിച്ച ഒരു റാണിയാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായതു . അപാര കഴിവു തന്നെ എല്ലാം പഠിച്ചു ചെയ്യു o. എല്ലാവർക്കും മനസ്സിലാവുന്ന തരത്തിൽ പറയുകയും ചെയ്യു o 8000 പേർക്കുള്ള ഭക്ഷണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന കാറ്ററിംഗ് സ്ഥാപനം നടത്തുന്ന ഒരാളാണ് , അൽഭുതം തോന്നുന്നു. ഞാൻ പച്ചടി, കിച്ചടി ഇതൊക്കെ പഠിച്ചതു് താങ്കളിൽ നിന്നാണ് മിടുക്കി♥️

കുഴപ്പം വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമാണ്. ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ നോക്കി. മാവ് പരത്തി ചുറ്റി കുഴലുപോലെ ആക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒട്ടുകയും പൊട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു .

Kuzhalappam is a nostalgic snack for me. My grandmother used to make it so well. She used to go to many known families to make this for them. Back then as a child I was only interested in eating them. Today you have shown it in a simple way. I made 66 small kuzhalappam with this proportion using drinking glass ...1 thing I noticed is, it's better to take less coconut and it needs to be grinded completely...or els dough keeps on breaking while rolling.....and try to roll in btw plastic paper....then u dn want to use oil or and floor for dusting....dn use floor at any cost for dusting...bcz this cause dry texture of dough and it will break while rolling....these r my observations....rest everything fine ....very tasty ...thanku for recipe...
