സാധാരണകാരനെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു ചെലവ് കൂടുതൽ ആണ്.. ഒന്ന് ഫ്ലോർ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് സ്ലബ് ചെയ്യുന്ന 1:2:4 ചെയ്യണം thickness 3" മിനിമം വേണ്ടി വരുംഅതിന്റെ ചെലവ്‌ കൂടി നോക്കണം. 1.5 unch മെറ്റൽ ചെയ്തു ഇടിച്ചു നിരത്തി പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു 45 രൂപയുടെ ടൈൽ ഇട്ടാൽ ഇതിന്റെ പകുതി ചെലവ് ആകുക ഒള്ളു....

ഇത് പണ്ടത്തെ മൊസൈഖ് ഇടുന്ന പോലെയാണ്. തെയ്മനം, പോളിഷിൽ scratch എന്നിവ ഇതിന്റെ പോരായ്മയാണ്. ഇന്ന് വളരെ നല്ല ടൈൽസ് മാർകെറ്റിൽ വിലക്കുറവിൽ കിട്ടും.... അതുപോരെ!!!

This is not just polishing concrete. We can't do just on normal concrete due to the chance of cracking. We need to add fibers. Costly

We are doing this Concrete Densification and Polishing. Cost for ( plain colour) polished finish starts from Rs 35/Sqft to 75/Sqft based on the aggregate exposure and stages of polishing. Also the quantity of work will affect the cost. It is functional and economical.

ഇത് പഴയ മോസൈക് വർക്ക്‌ തന്നെ മിസൈകിനു പകരം കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു കളർ കിട്ടാൻ കൊന്ക്രീറ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ pigment ആഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നു അത്ര തന്നെ പോളിഷിംഗിനു പഴയ മോസൈക് പോളിഷർ ഉപയോഗിക്കണം

2020 ഇൽ എന്റെ വീട് ഫ്ളോറിങ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ, കോൺട്രാക്ടർ ഒരു പരീക്ഷണം നടത്തിയാലോ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു 300 sqft വരുന്ന എന്റെ office space (വീടിനുള്ളിൽ ) ഇത്‌ പോലെ ചെയ്തു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഏറ്റവും ഭംഗി ആയി കിടക്കുന്ന റൂം ഇതാണ്. 2 വർഷ മുന്നേ, പണിക്കൂലി ആയി 12000/- ആണ് ഈ റൂമിന് ആയത്. കൂടാതെ 1000 രൂപയോളം ഒരു wax പോളിഷ് ഞാൻ വാങ്ങി കൊടുത്ത്.

Mosaic powder കൊണ്ടു floor ചെയ്ത വീടാണ് എന്റേത്. 38 വർഷം പഴക്കമുണ്ട്. ഏകദേശം 1200-1300 sqft. area കാണും. Floor - ൽ ചെറിയ കുഴികൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു. ഈ floor ൽ, granite. പോലെയാക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ? Sq. ft. നു ഏകദേശം എന്തു ചെലവു വരും?
