Injera is a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made of teff flour. In Ethiopia, Eritrea, and some parts of Sudan, injera is the staple; also eaten in other countries in East Africa, injera is central to the dining process, like bread or rice elsewhere

Holly i just tried it first time I can't belive I been missing out on it it was delicious. I go with my family as its in our rotation. First time I went I was eating more of the injera because I wasn't griping the "wot". After u saw the way locals eat on KZfaq second time I went there I had an even excellent experience.

Just tried it a couple days ago. I didnt like the Injera. Too sour for me. It takes over the flavor of everything else to me. Everything else was delicious.

Its very depends on the sourness of the injera too.....mine was not that sour for me and it was fine
