This was my first time at Anfield Paul and honestly it was amazing. I was high up in the clouds on the back row in the main stand but even up there the atmousphere was increadible in the second half. What a second half performance from the reds. We just heard the kop sing and the whole stadium joined in to push the lads and they delivered. Amazing just amazing

It was great ,because it took us back to old values of the boot room,when unheard of youngsters came on the scene and played for the liver bird and knew how special it was to wear that famous red kit. We have some very talented youngsters at our club and it’s thanks to a brilliant manager and his team around him . I’m not surprised that we won well last night ,because Liverpool are a very special club ,with very special fans . Well done reds ,it filled my heart with joy . YNWA

I also notice that the Kop seem to be much better at policing themselves and not mobbing down to the players when they run up to the boards rather than what you see in most stadiums around the country. Could you comment on why that is? Do people get thrown out pretty quick for doing that in the Kop? Or is more of respect for the stewards and that sort've thing? Just seems like fans are actively keeping each other from getting in trouble after the second goal celebrations, which is respectable

I thought that in the 1st half, there were some intricate plays that *should* have paid dividends, perhaps too complex for the young side. It took the captain to take the game by the scruff of it's neck! From there, it's was all simple plays, one touch passing and some strong midfield moves. In the end though: WOW!! A thoroughly exciting game! #YNWA!

Now, if the players have niggles (most players carry a niggle or two most of the time)... Jota's injury is a heartbreaker, Curtis' sounds bad, too. Thiago's a permanent sick note and like Matip (quite the legend), I think they'll be released in the summer. Bajcetic, has bags of potential but sadly has been out all season (so not really 'missed'). As for the rest of the missing players, you just know most are hardly serious injuries and it's a case of having them ready for the city home game and beyond. Take what managers say with a pinch of salt? They don't always speak the whole truth and nothing but the truth, all of the time. UNDERSTANDABLY.

Really happy with the result but I do wish any criticism wasn't just branded as 'hate'. Diaz was extremely poor goal aside and Gakpo, Mac Allister, Endo and Elliot had to pick up alot of slack. But what a game though. And personally poor don't cover up our poor parts of the matches either. It would actually be nice to have an ear in the crowd during those typical first halfs. See what the matchgoing scousers are actually thinking instead of Twitter.
