Technically Superman isn’t weak to magic, he just as susceptible as any normal human would be.

Actual it's been proven that Superman is weak against Magic such as his fights against Shazam and other magical beings, someone like Zatana wouldn't really be a threat since she's a regular human with Magic based abilites, someone like Circes would be able to go against Superman and possibly beat him with the right spells and such not out right but with enough preparation she could.

While it's certainly true that Enchantress could hurt Superman, we also have to consider the other side of the argument, because Superman could *absolutely* hurt Enchantress too. Unlike Shazam or Black Adam, Enchantress's magic doesn't grant her any inherent invulnerability (she could potentially cast a spell of protection, but there's nothing to stop Superman from blitzing her with Superspeed before she can cast it). You might have the strongest magic in the universe, but it won't do you a lick of good if you're down before you can use it. If we assume normal, "Everyone deserves a second chance" Superman, Enchantress would probably win. She would almost certainly get the first hit in, and she has no compunctions against using her full power against someone so dangerous. If we assume Injustice's "I will lobotomize a pre-pubescant child for speaking up to me" Superman, than we are assuming a Superman who has no reason to let her get the first hit and knows enough to splatter her brains with the first punch.
