I'm getting really fucking sick and tired of hearing "x character overpowered" just because sonicfox wins games with them. Yes, he plays top tier characters, but when you basically make money off of winning that's what you need to do. People forget that sometimes. People always seem to be saying "why does Sonicfox always play cheap characters?! He's such a tryhard! It's like he only cares about winning!" Uhhhh. Yeah. He's not playing the game for fun dude. He's playing to fucking win because he's in the pro scene. It's like any other sport. But with that out of the way, saying he only won because the character he is playing is "overpowered" really discredits him as a player. Sonic would crush most people with any character on the roster. I've come across many Darkseid players online that suck and think they can mindlessly spam to win. You can't. Darkseid is not an auto win character

Syuna probably not enough evidence there to justifiy classing ppl as noobs but....i prefer pigofthehuts darksied. For me its more entertaining to watch n therefore better in my opinion. Especially since i watch youtube for entertainment. no one can tell me they find sonics style entertaining. that shit is boring and most want to see him lose. but if ur talking in terms of results which u are then yh sonic is better n has his ways of finding them annoying exploits. keivari danford Darkseid is decent and fair, Deadshot is a bitch of a character and everyone knows it. I don't even play fighting games but if I did, I would troll by spamming with these 'zoning' (which is just a technical term used for being a bitch) characters. Actually, when I played against my cousin at his house, I fucking spammed Green Arrow in Injustice. We were (and are) both shit but I was victorious because I utilised that pathetic excuse for a strategy.

SonicFox really had it rough using Darkseid, he is very gimmicky and against a straightforward character with good and long normals like Aquaman is very difficult once he figures out the shenanigans and plays solid.

Can you link time I dont wanna watch all the vid, but yeah I play aquaman and I cant get a crouching trident rush unless it is off a d1 or a reversal edit: I just seen it 7:35, yeah he is just special cancelling from d1 just like the guy above said you need to input trident rush in the d1 animation. you can special cancel into watershield from a d1 too.

@10:30 I wouldn't call that luck at all. You messed up a few times. I saw d1 when you meant to do d2 and you dropped your f2, 1+3 after the j3 twice. It's probably just discomfort with playing against Darkseid or maybe some tilt doing it? Cause you probably wouldn't normally mess any of that up.

I agree with you both but he might've been scared to try and counter with Tentacle Strike. Every time Sonic blocked it, he would just reversal Straight Beam and it would hit every time, so maybe he was afraid that if he mistimed it, he was gonna eat a free laser.

he was eating the laser anyway. but its the tridents he needed to trade, he would have eaten the second beam anyway, but its a trade that aquaman would win and get more dam because the trident is more powerful than the beams. so sonic either has to guess if he is going for a trade and teleport, or duck, essentially nullifying darkseids zoning game. His beams have such high recovery the trident will wreck him.

That's not entirely true. Just because Aquaman's trident does more damage, trading trident with beams is not necessarily in his favor. Darkseid can get in at any moment, plus Darkseid's trait makes it risky to counter-zone against him. Trading only causes both of you to take damage, so you're basically giving up free health and getting nothing out of it. Darkseid's gonna win that zoning war no matter what. On top of that, trident doesn't punish beams, but beams punish trident if blocked.

Roy I haven't even played the game yet and can tell you Deadshot and Black Adam is top tier. Deadshot has Deathstroke like zoning but 10x better and BA is extremely safe, has every option and has probably the best damage output to boot. Not saying sonic isn't good, but those two characters are the best in the game right now.

SF played sick games with low tier MKX characters: Erron Black, Unstoppable Jason. Can he win everything in Injustice 2 with Bane? Only doing so, people stop saying that he only uses broken characters.

If he wins a pro tourney with bane he will once again flex his dominance muscle. I have heard many say bane is the lowest tier character. No projectiles, slow moving, and the disadvantage without his trait makes him extremely trash right now. I'm surprised they even put him in the game, unless sonicfox comes up with some 80% combos we haven't seen. Best bane combo I've seen was maybe 50% and that was with trait/ending the combo on a grab.
