Black Manta is one of the most underrated supervillains in the DC pantheon. He has such a unique look and his backstory for this universe seems to be the same as the New 52 version where Aquaman killed his father due to thinking HE was Black Manta.

I guess they could do little at a time like beastboy would be a difficult one to put in the game such as his shapeshifting in the game or even returning past characters like raven or death stroke, who even beg as premier skins. even I am those people who requested some characters that may never be on here

Jethro Loredo Yes. He has been black since the late 60s black-ploitation era. In New 52, they updated his story but kept him as a black person.
