I think when you are boss then as jatana is defeated your current record is saved then as he knows next time come back you have to start from where you already beat jatana Was

If you guys are having problems moving to the next heroic levels, there is a support section in the game by the settings. You can write to the support and tell them about the bug. They’ll get back to you about it. I don’t know why some players are having issues moving to the next heroic mode. 🤷‍♂️

I recorded this when the raid was around a few months back. It used to reset 2 times a day and give 3 pip s. They changed it to once a day with 6 pip s.
