This Sonicfox play was like the embodiment of the Joker. No matter how much it seemed like Rewind put him down, Sonicfox answered back at a higher level and lived another day of success. Not to mention the mind games of patting him on the back and laughing at him.

Sonic proved that you dont have to follow the piece of shit of meta that this game has. He won THE MAJOR with a bottom tier against one of the best characters in the game. SonicFox is a legend and the greatest fighting player of all time. Theres any doubt about that? The fact that he donated 10k to Rewind to help his father with the cancer just shows how human he is. Many furries are very charity oriented. Just this past MFF (furry convention in Chicago), the furries raised 98,000 dollars for a local charity. Sure they get a bad rap and any community will have bad apples, but for the most part furries are just people who like the theatrical aspect of getting in character and appreciating furry art. But yes, I agree with you SonicFox is awesome :)

That was a beautiful final, highest level play by both competitors. What I like most is that it's a classic match up between two genuine rival characters, not just some match up that didn't make sense.

With the exception of Tweddy and TekkenMaster, all pro players main rushdown characters or at least the ones that don't have strong zoning tools. And Black Adam and Firestrom, undoubtelly, the two top tier characters of this game are pretty much ignored, different from games like DBFZ where Bardock, 16, Kid Buu and Gotenks dominates the pro scene. People complain about zoning in this game and yet only one major tournament was won by a zoner. Injustice 2 received a lot of criticism. Some of them were justified while the majority don't, IMO. The game is still great and if this tourney was its last breath at least it was a great curtain calls.
