yes and no because Superman spent years practicing his Kryptonian power to mastery while these guys just do drugs. Batman is still less strong and durable than Superman even with pills but won against Superman with combat skills

combat probably= because batman has mastered 127 martial arts and stalemates ww who is the same skill as odin who has knowledge of all martial arts, and raiden also has knowledge of all arts
