On Player Tag-In the opponent receives damage equal to 2%(+.4% Per Rank)-10% of his health.
When an opponent Tags-in all damage to that opponent increases by 5(+.25% Per Rank)-10%, stacks 3 times, and resets on Player Tag-Out
[EVOLVED] On Special 1, 50(+2.5% Per Rank)-75% chance to disable 1 random gear of the opponent until opponent Tags out.
You can replace Scarecrow Mask on anyone that uses 2 Piece Lexcorp for this gear item, sacrificing extra special reflect for shattering gear, super important when you are the last person standing against Fourth World, disabling the heal will be a lot easier to win.
This does NOT work with Antimatter Sinestro's Force Tag out, so be warned.
Is this gear item a game changer? No, file it under annoying semi-useless utility like Riddler's Cane, Mother Box, Killer Croc, etc.
