Just got mine in today and trying to figure the best settings for the printer to be set to....BTW, this might be the best printer to get because the tank openings are nice and big I got the ET-2750 and they are tiny AF! Also, I did not get a tip with my Inkjet Fluid...NOT COOL, lol.

Hi! Thanks so much for making this video it answered a lot of my questions I have about these products. My largest concern is how long will the stencil really last? and if it does last all day as you expressed do you have trouble getting the stencil off when you are finished and ready to take photos? I have mastered the traditional 'Spirit' thermal stencils though I'm ready to invest in a more efficient system. With the spirit ink many times I can't get the remaining stencil ink off. I am happy to have that problem then the stencil not staying but do you have any thoughts having to do with this subject with these products? Or advice on particular after soaps for really well staying stencil ink? Appreciate it, cheers

I put the InkJet stencil in the black cartridge, and filled the rest of the cartridges with the regular ink. Whenever I print it comes out blotchy and says I need to clean the nozzle head... was I supposed to fill every tank with the inkjet stencil?

there's an easier and cheaper way to do this without using certain printers and types of ink etc. Just reduce your reference down to a line drawing and print it out regularly. Only a real OCD tattooer or someone who really can't draw ( or see ) is gonna NEED all the detail in the stencil... You can go to filter gallery and select photocopy from the sketch style menu and hey presto, you play around with the detail and darkness til you have a perfect outline, print that shit and off you go.

I like that it’s really detailed. But I feel this would hinder me more than anything through the process. I’ve gotten so accustom to my dot and hash mark mapping.

Why fill all of the ink tanks of the printer equally when you only need a print in grey scale using the black ink tank? Isn’t it a waste to fill all the tanks? Also: does the ink dry up or clog the printer when the printer is used less regularly - when just “free hand” tats as well :p / Cheers Chrissy!

Thanks for the info. You may experiment with lab-grade Crystal Violet 1% aqueous ($15, 16.0 Oz), since it is the basis of the $150 (4.0 Oz) inkjet stencil formula "methyl violate", I speculate. Carolina com, has an example. I think 40 times less expensive is worth an experiment.
