SUPPLIES: I am using the following materials to create my tangles. You can also use much less. A simplified list also follows.
Paper: either Renaissance Opus tile or Strathmore Tone Taned paper 9x12 inches, or white paper that you color tan with tea/coffee staining, watercolor, dyes, or distress ink oxide 9x12 inches Micron pens from Sakura (or similar pigment liners) in black, brown, and dark brown in size 01 and 005 respectively Colorless pencil blender or colorless solvent blender. Shown above are my Copic dual-ended blender and Prismacolor colorless pencil blender Gel pens in white, and gold- your choice of brand Colored pencils: Prismacolor: black grape, black cherry, sepia, light umber, Sienna brown, henna, crimson lake, white; Faber Castell: brown ochre, Indian red, and caput mortuum violet General’s white charcoal pencil Graphite pencil 2B or other soft pencil of your choice Plastic eraser (pen style) Kneaded eraser Several paper blending stumps/tortillions.
