They have the dual motor 1500w version of the Air now called Climber for under 1000USD

True. If i had to choose, i would also go for the Climber at this price point. I did not check if AIR went to SALE on Amazon etc... The frame of Climber is a bit more rigid too.

Is there a big power loss when the battery is below 50% like on many small scooters? thank for ur help :)

No, Inmotion has good batteries, and this scooter is not very powerfull so there will be no big affect on battery, and performance under 50%. Confirm it with your dealer before buying!

Did 28 kms with 3 bars still left in the standard Drive mode. Has anyone tested the range in the Sport mode?

So, is it possible to work as a courier with this scooter for 3-5 hours? Unfortunately, I couldn't find an extra battery. Would it be nice to get one?

You are right - no extra battery, i do not advice you to use it as a courier because you need a bigger range then 30-40 Km.

You should get something like from Arvala that has dual suspension for comfort. You need at least 1,0 -1,2 kWh battery like C-PRO.

How’s the water resistant? Can I ride it in light rain?

Yap, it is IP55. Light water preassure and dust can do anything to do scooter. So if light rain catches you, you can get home. However, i never advice running the escooters over the rain.
