Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 1/2 Cups
Coconut - 3/4 Cup
green chillies - 2 nos
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Curd - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Vendakka Avial
Ladyfinger - 1/2 Kg
Small onion - 1 Cup
Big onion - 1/2 Cup
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
green chillies - 5 nos
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind - Gooseberry Size
Refined oil - 11/2 tsp + 11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )

When ever you do vedios please makeup your mind that 80% of Keralites does have oven, cooking range, juicers, and can’t afford to use large quantity of Ghesa, cheese, cream, ect ..... consider everybody and present your valuable vedios

Hi Chechi, ഇന്നത്തെ ലഞ്ചിനു വേണ്ടി എന്റെ കറിയുടെ കൂടെ വെണ്ടക്കാ അവിയലും , പഴം പുളിശ്ശേരിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു . രണ്ടും സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു.വെണ്ടക്ക ഇഷ്ടമല്ലാത്ത എനിക്ക് അവിയൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയപ്പോൾ നല്ല ഇഷ്ടമായി. ഉണ്ടാക്കാത്തവർ വേഗം ഉണ്ടാക്കിക്കോളു . നല്ല ഇഷ്ടമാവും. Thank you Chechi .

മാം, ഇന്നത്തെ വിഭവങ്ങൾ രണ്ടും എന്റെ ഫേവറിറ്റ് ആണ്. പൈൻ ആപ്പിൾ, മാമ്പഴം , ഏത്തപ്പഴം ഇതിലേതേലും പുളിശ്ശേരി ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ഉണ്ടാക്കും. പിന്നെ രണ്ടു തെങ്ങ് മുറിച്ചതിനാൽ വാങ്ങുന്ന തേങ്ങ കൊണ്ടു ഇത്‌റ ലാവിഷ് ആയി ചേർക്കില്ല. ഞങ്ങടെ ടെറസ്സിലെ പച്ചക്കറി തോട്ടത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഒരുവിധം എല്ലാം കിട്ടുന്നു.
