Y Mam adding mallipodi for Biriyani masala.. For our authentic biriyani coriander powder is not added.. Looks yummy For raitha nowadays tomato is not added instead onion cucumber nd green chilly with curd nd coriander leaves... Ur presntation is super.. I was thinking y can't u start a restaurant in tvm so that ur subscribers can come nd taste ur food eventhough u r busy.. Who is taking the video..is it ur camera man.. Hi ma'am. Is that puttu kutti works out effectively? I also bought the same one from the same shop. But the steam is going out from the pot itself and the steam not coming up. I tried it in the pressure cooker also. If I hold it in a position then only the steam cup up and cook the puttu. Pls advise.

Ma'am I used to make this biriyani after watching it in magic oven..but somehow I lost the recipe and stopped making it..thank you for sharing it..and when I visited tvm around 8 years back I had purchased some steel utensils from the same shop in chala bazar.
