Hi Inness, thank you for the video! I bought this comp last week and I've noticed a couple maybe glitches and wondered if you maybe had these issues or others: 1) The power button was difficult to press to turn the computer on, like it was seized up. Sometimes I will press it in multiple spots with both fingers on either side just to make it click. I've only had it 3 days. Did you find this? 2) When cropping pictures, after I crop a pic, the mouse icon, instead of being an arrow again, it stays as a double sided crop arrow (does that make sense) when I hover over the saved and completed picture, but returns to normal. Did you notice this? I can still exchange this item if I want and if I have a faulty unit, which I think I do lol, I would like you input if possible on these issues. Thank you so much!

@@GacktandHydesmiles hey Nana, I think you might have a faulty item, I can make you a little video and send via Instagram if you d like, my button works really smoothly I don't need to press it to switch on, I just touch it very lightly. For the snipping tool program (to take a screenshot if that's what you mean) I haven't had any problems either, it works and the arrow is back to the normal arrow once the screenshot is taken. Hey Swapnil, thanks for sharing your question. I have been using Studio One for music recording and VSDC for video editing. I have not experienced any glitches so far, this guy is so much faster than my old laptop, I can run multiple windows at a time with Photoshop ,video editor and browser, no problem. This HP has 16 GB of RAM and if you are in video editing and music this is the minimum GB requirement to run everything smoothly, obviously 32GB or 64GB would be even better, but I m not using any super heavy programmes, and not a movie producer, so this is enough for me to run my programs. My old Sony laptop has 4 GB and it is super slow now, so I would recommend to get at least 16 GB RAM if you can afford. It will save you time in a long run , cause it runs much faster than 4 GB. 2GB RAM is NOT enough for our programs Swapnil, some programs will be either super slow or won't run( depending on your program minimum requirements). I recommend MINIMUM 16GB or higher! Hope this helps and have a good day! 💖 😊

Hey Joe, thanks for checking it out😊, sure it does tilt towards you and away from you(if i understand your question coorrectly), though the leg is fixed so it is not possible to increase or lower the height of the whole screen, but surely it does tilt very smoothly. @@Innessofficial Question if you don't mind. Do you used the anti virus defender that comes with windows 10 or which one do you buy?

I don't see the need to purchase an extra antivirus. In my opinion the windows defender works very well, it notifies whenever there is a threat and suggests to eliminate the file in question. 🙂

@@Innessofficial Yeah I feel the same way. I don't go to any sketchy sites at all. Just normal use for social media and a little but on my business. Once I'm done with the free 30 days anivirus that comes with from buying from HP, ill turn on the Anti virus defender.

Yeah, this model has a matt screen and I couldn't be happier cause other similar models have glossy and on amazon where I got it said glossy as well, which I thought I had to sacrifice,but I got lucky! Sure I did a time stamp for the 5 month use review, this was my very first long video, will do time stamps in the future ones :)

Hey Jerica, I reconfigured the switch ON button to `hybernation mode`, so it does not eat as much electricity as in sleep mode., however if you have any USB drives attached to the PC, they will still be running, even on hybernation mode. So whenever I am done for the day, I prefer to switch it off completely, to let it rest :) I have not yet discovered why this desktop decides to show the screen in the middle of the night or in the morning (though I have not set any alarm), when I hibernate it. If I switch it off completely - it does not switch on at random times:) I still have this to figure out

The sound is very rich ,has so much base, and it is super loud,real and immersive(I use it on 30%volume - it's more than enough for me)I even got scared when that woman first started talking 😂I have played nature, city and ocean videos and it sounds to me like I m in a theater, for real😀🎥! I haven't yet played much music on it, but I surely can record how it sounds for my following update video. @Andy Dawson I switched on the mouse from underneath (there is a little switch) and moved it around a couple of times, let me know how it goes! After switching the mouse, keep pressing keys on the keyboard, it should start working automatically.

Keep in mind if you go for a 4K model,you'd have to rescale the screen when you are using different programs,since the text is going to be tiny on 100% scale ,hard to read. So I prefer and would recommend searching 2K QHD as I have with GTX1650 graphics. On Italian web site only MX350 is available now,unfortunately, it is quite old and a less powerful graphics card if you are going to be using heavy programs,and to support 2K screen. I have my PC on a normal dinner table and sitting on a normal dinner chair,and the height works well for me. Sometimes i tilt it down if I m sitting lower than dinner chair, this works too)Think about your setting, it's up to you to decide,hope I was helpful ;)

You just put it on top of the Desktop base,and it's going to charge automatically(don't forget to set the setting using the setting button behind the desktop). Hello Krupa,it is quiet during normal tasks like Microsoft office, Photoshop, Video editing.I can barely hear. My desktop only sounds like strong wind (shhhhh) when exporting the video without accelerator, since it is working on max speed. Hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, I am here for you 😉

Hey Jimmy,you are so welcome!😊 I know how frustrating it is, I literally spent months looking and contemplating,since there is not many informational videos on desktops and building PC today is really time consuming,cause obviously we would wanna the newest and coolest model of everything. I was really worried that this one would have a glossy screen, since the 1080p version from the store has a glossy similar to MAC screen.Even Amazon writes that the screen is glossy, which is not true. And I am not a Mac user, have been loving Windows since 1997 ahh😁 I'm impressed with mine on daily basis,working, editing videos, watching movies and the sound is so omg😲( I use on 30%,loud enough for me). I haven't heard such an amazing surround sound in a while, same time it is so quite to run, not like those stationary PC's or some laptops(my Sony Vaio is ventilating so loudly), this one I is so quite on the side grills. Fine line is that I am trully impressed by it and can't get enough, I wanna watch so many movies on it ahh. I don't have a TV at the moment, since we are moving houses,so the PC is really all in one for me and I am super happy with it.😊 The only thing for now is that you gotta buy Microsoft Office package. There is 1 time payment options too, I checked(I do not like subscriptions). And another thing is storage,HDD 1 TB + SSD 256 GB.SSD is low, I thought of that, so I will buy an extra SSD and HDD drives when I run out of space.Editing video takes a lot of space. There is a model with more storage but it is only 1080p(and 2K but with weaker graphics card MX350, I an drop you a like if you want). My preference was 2K screen over storage. The D0012NS is the 4K model with 1TB+1TB, but today not all the programs allow to rescale well(I use photoshop, davinci resolve,Studio One,artists stuff you know😋😉), so the text will be 4 times smaller than on 1080p. I do not want to rescale. There is a also 1080p model with mostly same characteristics as mine with bigger storage,you can check out on amazon.de 512GB SSD +2 TB HDD, the 2K model of same will have weaker graphics card: MX350,which is kinda old. Model is 27 inch d0008ng. If you'd like I drop you a link for these with bigger storage. I can not guarantee matt screen with other models than mine - d0004ng. I was also thinking about HP 27" Envy Touch screen,and saw some good sponsores reviews,but it is not available in my area,so I had to remove it from my search😉hey, if you have any other questions,just let me know. Concerning the unmounting, surely it's is a choice, and not sure if a safe one. But for my needs no need to replace anything now, I plan to use it for at least 10 years, like I use my previous 2 laptops. Only when it will die I will stop using it 😌I wish it came in a laptop option too so i can move it around🤓 I actually bought a great transportation bag for it, I 'll show it in my next vlogs🙃😏

But regardless I’ll have to add another hardrive in any pc I choose. You know I’m just going to have to take that leap of faith. Surely, why not! I find the graphics really good.And in the Nvidia settings you can modify your resolution if you want,as I showed here 52:51 , 55:38 . I'm just not a gamer,so I have none to really show 🙈

Since I m not a gamer I prefer Intel graphics card,I think Radeon is designated more for gaming? you gotta decide which would be better suit you - Intel or Radeon graphics card🙂

Hey Beverly! It depends on your actual screen size and your budget, 2K is a modern middle ground between 1920x1080 and 4K. 4K makes everything on screen extremely small(it has to be a TV to accommodate 4K resolution)ans it also slows down the system if your processor is not fast enough to support 4K screen, so it s not my preference, and 1080 is good for starters, and mobile devices like phone or tablet. On 27 inch screen 1080 image seems blurry and not sharp enough. For a smaller screen,less than 24 inch it should be enough (my laptop is 13 inch and 1080 is super sharp). Screens are improving, so I suggest getting 2K+ for larger than 24 inch screens. Hope this helps Beverly! 😊

I haven't changed them yet!The keyboard it comes with feels so good to type, I m a big keyboard critic in general,cause I can't stand loud and uncomfortable keyboards 😆 It types even quieter than the one I have right now which is another wireless keyboard(that shows in the video),that I use with my laptop, I change batteries about 2-3 times a year🙂
