Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a joint meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin said, 'if innocent children are murdered; if innocent children die, it is heart-wrenching.' Modi who is on a two day official visit to Russia also expressed that a solution to the war in Ukraine 'cannot be found on the battlefield. We have to find peace through talks.'
