I use a Harbor Freight hard case for my 5610 and my DVM. I have used mine for a 2008 Subaru for ABS Wheel speed sensor finding the cause of the error and replacement and testing of the sensor, for 2013 VW and a 2020 Honda , so mine has already paid for itself in just component testing! Thank you for your in depth demonstration.

I've been looking at this for awhile. I purchased the bludriver dongle and it works pretty well, but even though the advertisements list everything as covered, the website confirms that my 08 Yukon and 12 Tahoe aren't covered under the TMPS or SRS. My Yukon is showing an SRS error. Very glad to see those both listed on your 5610. I'll go check the other video out. Thanks.

I agree with you about the hard case. That would've been nice. Fortunately I have a brand new tool bag just large enough to hold the scanner, my ohmmeter/voltmeter, and my other Bluetooth scanner.

Does this scanner have a graph setting to check for example, the oxygen sensor. I know the model 5160 RS had one. This way you can set it to graph, give it gas, & watch the live graph go up, then down, if the sensor is working. If it is not working, the graph will show a steady line. Thank you.

What if you mess up putting the wrong values… disconnecting the battery will reset all back like factory? I think so

2014 MB E250 owner here. BlueTec car so DPF (and exhaust system in general) always an issue. Can this read my DPF status and tell when it's regenerating in live data mode? Can it force regeneration? Thanks for sharing your new toy with us. Considering purchasing this or the 5512 model myself in lieu of a MB-specific iCarSoft model, since I own other makes as well. Any advice or opins very welcome. Thanks Jerred!

Quick question on your 5610. When first plugging it in and it links to global obd2, and you press live data, you get a pid list of say 40 pids. Once you go to vehicle specific “enhanced”, does the data pid list still only display the same amount of pids, or is the list expanded to include more vehicle specific data? Just curious how that works.

Hey I have the same scanner but I can’t do all the things you showing like controlling the throttle crankshaft position and just controlling the engine. Do this scanner only do all the functions just on certain vehicles

Do you have to pay every year in order for this OBD reader to work ? If you dont pay does that still work ? Do you need to have internet to used it ? If you don't updates does that still work without updates ? Out from the box can you used it without wifi or internet ? Can this scan for Fuel Pressure ? And can this scan for compression test ? Is this a Complete diagnostic Scan tools ?does it Scan from 1996 cars going up ? How about Toyota Camry 2001 2.2 Liter 4 Cyl or Buick Park Ave 2003 3.8 Liter does it Scan these cars ? I gots a request: reset LTFT. I'm about to try to do it, but if you've done it successfully, let me know.

I got that & can’t find a thing with it, including how to read all codes(they’re all devided up & hidden in differant sections), how to get to special functions(can’t find it on scanner, or instructions, or by calling tech support), & so on, etc. - so far the only thing I’ve found on this, by accident ofcourse, was it suggested what I already came up with in my own, to add fuel cleaner. says it I should, & it will adjust throttle door, but when I click increase it decrease, it does nothing - so far this APPEARS to be totally worthless.. & the guy I talked to at tech. could neither find answer, nor was aware that he didn’t find it. sO far it’s mostly dumness✋😔

It’s amazing how you all think this works AT ALL.. either I got a factory screw up, or it’s just too dumb. right now it’s a paper-weight👋
