|CHARIES AND THE LADLE
Inun unan is a Filipino dish where fish is stewed in vinegar and spices. Similar to Paksiw. Whenever I cook Inon unan, I always mix them with oil and lots of garlic, onions, and ginger to minimize the stinky smell of the fish.
This recipe can be prepared or made differently. But we always have the same major ingredients. Most importantly, we are enjoying what we're cooking and eating. I hope you would also like this recipe.
