It's so sad and so unfortunate that the only time a step son gets accepted is if he is successful unlike this guy who was probably was probably seen as a punishment or a curse especially in our African cultural set up causing inherent fear and stigma from the communities and certain family members due to what could be a very slight developmental disability.
