The reasons given by Sen. dela Rosa regarding the authenticity of PDEA documents dated sometime 2012 is so shallow to the point of having no merit at all. Determining document authenticity should involve scientific methods as to be able to determine age of the paper Such methods are watermark analysis, chemical analysis of the paper composition, examination of the manufacturing processes, and historical research. Furthermore, age of the ink used in printing can also be determined. Intelligent assumptions and/or conclusion/s can be inferred.
