Thanks for uploading! Funny to see Audi and BMW duelling in Germany's second league touring car championship because they didn't want to battle it out in Class 1 high tech machinery of the DTM. Back then I thought who on earth is watching this crap. Though looking at the current state of world wide touring car racing this is awesome! Shows how much the bar was lowered. Same in GT racing. GTE, which is now considered the top class, would've been considered "GT2.5" in the 90s.

Yes, although maybe only on NBC Europe which was available in certain cable TV networks at least in Germany and on Astra 19.2 degree satellite (maybe other satellites, too, IDK) back then. They also showed the DTM.

They had temporarily fully ruined it that same year during the Belgian Grand Prix weekend which took place a few weeks before this STW race. In fact you can still see the markings on the tarmac here in this video. It was the worst ever variant, really pathetic.
