@Shaunamarie Chambers They had flame throwers in the 50's but no commercial implementation of a Bee-R limiter that makes the bang at top RPM. The bang that happens down low is not due to the Bee-R or flame thrower, it's tuned in the ECU to rich up on back off, then ignition then you get back on the go pedal. Same idea as old racing carby cars allowed a bit of fuel under acceleration then bang on acceleration to initiate a big exhaust pulse that scavenged the 1st ignition event, pulling a great deal of spent gas from the combustion chamber... = better mix on next bang = better burn = more power.

All that is is a kit that makes a spark towards the end of the exhaust and it looks like this person ran some fuel to the spark. The reason i say that is because of the little sparks shooting out. A real high horsepower car uses high air/fuel ratio with high exhaust temps to light the excess fuel in the exhaust.

probably right, turbocharged subaru's naturally run rich so he probably tuned it to dump even more fuel, then added an ignition source close to the muffler

ResetReality are they the type b limiter. I have been looking on ebay and things, and do the flames and bangs work from the limiter or is a flame kit needed aswell.
