For the people that "know" what a 335d is capable of, always deserve your respect. I know my focus st mk4 even at 320bhp will struggle against a stock 335d let alone a tweaked one. The engine is a masterpiece

Isn't. This engine has hidden defects. Major is micro cracking crankshaft . Will eat rod bearings and next in timing chain

@@kamilozw86only with bad maintenance. Know loads with high mileage and no problem at all. The rod bearings are a problem with the previous generation.

I know the engines are fantastic, but I played against a 435d xdrive in my stock Cupra 280 and I was surprised at how slow it was. When I say slow I just didn’t expect to be able to pull away from it. I’m 99% sure my Cupra is still stock so I suspect the one u raced was mapped.

@@TBagger489 doubt he was flooring it. My stage 1 125d played with stock cupras and my 335d was much quicker standard than my 125d.

Loved the in depth knowledge nvm testing with he's own cars before selling to he's clients. The way he goes about he's business is why he's business is successful. Respects from South Africa wish everyone took pride in their work. Awesome content and dam 800hp so that's 4 secs to under 3 definitely if it hooks up 😮

@@thejudge-kv2jk Sure did mate, it’s a cracker. Back in the late 90’s when we were using Kicker stereo stuff in our cars, that tune was one of our go-to’s to see our number plates etc vibrate 😂 Edit… Just downloaded “Fat of the land” for a trip down memory lane.

Need my 335d f30 tuning, but at 91k it needs some prep work... Water pump, injectors, aux belt and tensioner... It's a weapon and fairly cheap to run. When money allows going to see Glen in North Wales...

Be a beast can't wait to see your plans! I'm building my f31 330d xdrive daily up too, uprated hpfp, stage 3 turbo systems hybrid etc etc, currently stage1+ 330hp/660nm, hoping to reach 450hp & 1000nm. Will be interesting to see what your 335d can do & what mods you plan

Had a 2011 335d. Put a big catless downpipe, deleted swirl flaps and dpf emissions stuff, and tuned it, it was FAST and amazing on fuel. Like high 20's city, and mid 30's highway

I have a 2011 335d here in the states......hybrid turbos.....dual HPFPs.......550+WHP..........runs low 11s@125+ (Traction limited). What's the ultimate plan for this build?

change camshagt Ex only+put wmi+turbo billet f55 can push 50-60 psi...here if use f55 top line turbo diesel still daily use.but if 50 psi i think your injector cant survive if stock.

I was surprised by the choice of tuning as I have never heard of these guys. Numbers are not the only that surprise me, as a lot of tuners push the 35d's to 400hp, but the amount of smoke which is 0 is what impresses me. You surely made the right choice and that's how every stage 1/2 diesel should be. Cannot wait for the dragy numbers and hope you bring it to some weekend battles. Drive safe, Jamie!

Nothing wrong with having the 330d version. Stick hybrid turbos and the other mods on and it will be seriously quick. Very underrated cars. Hope your enjoying the car. I love mine 😊
