I reached master two days ago after trying for several weeks. You must learn how to defend by yourself, not automaticly by pressing defense button. Just stay on your side, dont rush. When you will steal the ball from your rival just go for a counter attack by your wings. Tall striker with good headers is recommended, and of course fast winger with good crossing
