Hi, I'm training for a planche and I can hold a tuck for 8-10 seconds, but when I come of the tucked planche, I feel pain in my wrist on the pinky side, what can I do about this? I do warm up my wrists before and they are really flexible, so I think that shouldn't be the problem. I have to say: I don't always feel that pain, it's not really clear why I don't feel the pain sometimes, but I do notice it is less when I start my training (I think) and sometimes when I rest for 10 mins and than warm up my wrist a bit more/again to be sure that they are warmed up enough
@kalculus4478 жыл бұрын
+Rens Kirchner stretch.
@renskirchner63098 жыл бұрын
KALCULUS haha, I stretch like crazy man! Doesn't help to much though with this problem, but it will of course help to prevent other injuries(that's why I do it)
@h3artwanted768 жыл бұрын
You might have a cyst. I have that and it hurts on my wrist when i bend it. I just ignore the pain
@renskirchner63098 жыл бұрын
weg ger And than? Does it go away? How long?
@h3artwanted768 жыл бұрын
+Rens Kirchner yes i went to the doctor for it and they told me its very common, and it can be surgically removed. It can also go away on its own depending if you put pressure on it. Good thing is that its not a life threatening symptom.

These guys actually have more variation of flips compared to alseny and sekou not hating or anything its just that all these four african flippers have soo much height in their flips i mean they could do double flips very easy but i just dont see them doing it or they just dont choose to do it i suppose!
