That goal away at Madrid was so crucial in helping City get to the CL final and winning the treble. His goal vs Liverpool to make it 2-1 was important. His free kick vs Leicester to win 1-0 and his goals vs Arsenal in their 4-1 win was special, and that's not mentioning his incredible assists that were so important in City winning the treble. Exactly what i was saying the other day , people keep saying haaland deserves a ballon d’or if city gets the trophy, haaland has just scored only goals he hasn’t done any other thing to merit ballon d’or , ballon d’or is not by goals , KDB is always the playmaker of each match, if he isn’t giving a direct assist then he’s the brain behind the assist, if he isn’t doing that then he’s either shooting from any distance which that’s a direct goal , he scans the pitch perfectly like ronaldo and messi , that’s when you know big players , others don’t scan they just run and go to the box and if the ball comes to them they tap it in or jump and head , when a player starts scanning the pitch , know he’s reached that beast point, KDB merits a ballon d’or i swear it , he is too underrated

I’m a really big fan of him. He’s my favorite player but he will probably not get ballondor. It’s way more harder to get a ballondor at midfielder than as striker.

Before KdB arrived I had always thought David Silva was the best attacking midfielder I had ever seen with the space he can find himself in, but KdB is truly ridiculous that it is difficult/painful to compare the two players on their final balls, not to mention Kevin has always had a better shot than him maybe even his left foot is a better power shot than David’s left😂

This video deserves 2 million views. It's not just the quality of the goals/shots, but the fact that he's doing it with BOTH feet. That's very rare to see at the top level, most the top players were known to be elite on 1 of their feet and decent or bad in their weaker foot.

I witnessed the very first goal in person live at the Etihad. It was my first Man City game in person and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I recorded it as well and literally yelled “Yea cmon De Bruyne!” and then he blasted that screamer in. It was awesome and one of the best experiences of my life.

De Bruyne is probably the best striker of the ball in world football at the moment. No matter whether he is shooting or passing the ball, it is almost always perfectly on target and with the exact amount of pace needed. He has so many of these long shot goals and they are all beautiful

As a liverpool fan sometimes we are so envy of MC that they have such a player. He used to be underrated but as his game grew he became one of the best midfielders in the PL. Would have loved him at LFC. Class player and brilliant.
