Different styles. One is more traditional muay Thai, red. The other is using more of a Dutch style kickboxing with some elbows added. In muay Thai, you're balance and how relaxed you can stay while in control, is a huge part of scoring. I wouldn't say one is better than the other, just different. I haven't seen the full fight yet, but I bet I can call a few things before it ends. Red will pick it up in the later rounds and start kicking more. Blue/green shorts is going to be punching looking for a KO at that time.

If you actually notice whats happening, its actually really skilled, the ref has a good sense everytime the fight is about to go stale.. rewatch it back... Everytime the fight is about to stop and them going into a stare down, or a boring grapple... He shout fight. Pefect timing to click them back into action.. so its none stop.

@@henriquept1224 if you realise what the ref is doing tho its actually pretty genius way to keep the action going without it getting boring... Thats also why One championship.have some of the most non stop action fights.. the ref is skilled hes definitely a martial artist. and he can sense when the fights going stale or stale mate. He makes the fighters slip straight back into action.. 👌

@@osamely_varan yea he says chok (ชก), as Alexis mentioned. In this context it basically means 'fight', although most translation will say it means 'punch'. The problem is you can hear the cornermen saying 'punch' throughout the fight as 'doy' (ต่อย), so I'd say that's a better overall definition.
