I got really into this topic from teaching dating advice. I'd notice that some guys are simply more VIBRANT and just got MUCH better results ... a lot more QUICKLY and EASILY. So I started wondering .... WHY ??? Why do some guys simply crush it so easily with the dating stuff, while others struggle for years. And this stuff was a huge aspect of it. So we got into it. And it wound up yielding a lot more powerful insight than just dating regardless. Not the most glamorous video, but hope you enjoy and take value from it. -Tyler

in the end tyler talks about the gang infested inner city neighborhood and says if you take the gang member and put him in a classy neighbourhood he'll find his way back because of cortisol and adrenaline addiction, so how would the gang memeber rid himself of those low energy vibrations or addictions and build a new life in the classy neighbourhood? and if the person is identified to have a adrenaline addiction why would it even be necessary to eliminate that addiction, cant you fulfill that addiction in a healthy way like cage fighting or sky diving, hiking etc? some people live and identify with being an adrenaline junkie but do it in ways that make them genuinly happy and healthy, is it possible to channel that addiction through the a new channel within a new avenue? thoughts anyone including tyler..tho of course cortisol addiction should be eliminated and theres no healthy substitute for that.

Claude Coleman Gary Vaynerchuc. Owns a media company and its a self development type speaker. Mostly in the context of social media marketing and branding. He goes on pretty content rich rants with New York grit and non-apologetic emphasis on how you will have to work a lot harder then you could imagine to achieve your goals. They described my life lol I want to get in that positive state but I always feel like that darkness pulls me back. The worse part is you get comfortable being miserable, and you identify with it, thinking it's okay when it's not. Like, when I was young I watch someone almost get killed, a guy pulled a knife out and everything. Luckily enough that victim was strong enough to get him off and take the knife away. When that happened I just froze, I couldn't move because i was so scared. This happened when I was 6 years old too which was more messed up. Juliens right on that, anytime I approach I just freeze, every fucking time. I always have to calm myself down before I do any action so that death like fear doesn't take over.

Thank you! I think the moral of the story is you have to believe in yourself to take action even if it scares you. For me I couldn't do anything because I was a kid at that age when I was introduced to violence, but now that I'm older I have the ability to take action even if it scares me to death. I relate to Brandon Carter a lot because his story was similar to mine. He got held at gunpoint along with mother and got robbed. He swore to himself when he got older he would get stronger and he did. Got into bodybuilding and self development, more importantly built his confidence from the ground up. He got into another situation where he saw a chick got harassed by a big guy, and Brandon stepped up and stop that guy from violence. I really admire that story of his. That's why I love rsd and Juliens work, dealing with trauma and facing your fears approaching girls because girls like it when guys approach them because that takes guts and its very admirable. Not every battle is a win though, but the more you do it you become fearless. Your confidence and happiness overcomes any dark and negative thoughts that try to hold you down. But sometimes those negative thoughts help to reflect on mistakes here and there, or get great advise from teachers like RSD.

I’ve been rejected a lot. I’ve been isolated in big groups. I put up walls and stay in my comfort zone. The last girl I was with wouldn’t even want to be seen with me in public and wouldn’t call me her boyfriend ect. She was pretty so I put up with it. Eventually she kicked me out of her life and then showed up at work with her new man. It’s been a year and I can’t feel emotion for anyone new. I want something but who’s to say my past won’t reoccur. I’m 23. I just don’t want to hop through hoops anymore just to be treated like shit.

Thanks for flagging the Masonic hand-signs. I can't believe I missed them. Usually people show us who they really are when we first get to know them. You're NEVER too old to start changing yourself and your life... Most of my clients are between the ages of 25-35 but I also have a good amount of clients in their 40s, 50s and even 60s.

I medicate trauma with youtube, Netflix and movies. If I'm watching something interesting I get lost in it. This way I can easily block out the very dark thoughts I sometimes have about my life, myself and my future (I've been struggling with depression for years. Working on it). Last weekend I didn't get out of my house, stayed in bed for most of the time watching stupid shit I don't even fucking care about. I would wake up, look at my phone for hours, fall asleep for an hour or so, wake up again, instantly watch youtube again, just wasting away time. It got to the point where I would not eat for the whole day until I ordered a pizza at like 22:00, constantly trying to keep my mind engaged so I didn't have to be aware of the horrible thoughts and emotions. Anyway, good video. It does help indeed to hear that I'm not the only one struggling to keep my head above the water. It somehow gives me some inspiration to make things better.

its crazy cause you only see all the fucked up shit thats inside your mind after you start learning how to change every time i found myself fighting some kind of bad experience from the past thats keeping me from reaching my goal the funny thing i always thought i was 100% normal.

You could show a little bit more respect for indigenous peoples struggles, but I love how you pointed out that the collective painbody makes paradise on earth into a living hell.

@julienhimself dig deeper into spirituality, ayahuasca will open your eyes. I don't promote it, yet it's the best way to dig deep and get a perspective on what "life" or "reality" really is.
