For the last one, it closes itself. The door is an automatic door and can close itself when the driver leaves. Or, he has his car keys and he uses it to close the doors.

Depends on the age of the bus...the ones I used to drive the doors were all controlled by an air system.... release the air and it was just a swinging door...could also open the drivers window by the steering wheel and just hit the door switch easily as well
