For future reference it is roughly 19~ bites on a thyla, then you use whatever weapon to finish

it is exactly 19 bites, each bite applies the bleeding that remove 5% max hp. i would say the damage from the bite is negligible, but if anyone want to be extra safe go for 18 bites(wouldn't recommend tho)

Can fix the floating rocks bug by changing fluid foliage interaction to on and changing the three settings below it each to 1. 1/1/1 fixed it for me. No more floating rocks everywhere.

Bite it 19 times with the thyla next time, it does 5% hp per bite/ 11,000 hp per bite. After 19 bites it will have 11,000 hp still, so wait a bit like 2-3minutes bite it one last time after it has healed then finish it with your gun or bow. Also make sure to let the bleed do the full bleed before each bite.

You should watch Captain Fatdog and use his argie trap, it's much cheaper. It's a foundation with 3 wide doorframes and a sloped roof then a door on the side.

It only takes like 7-10 decent Alphas to get to level 100 with the notes and argys can kill them easily. Probably easier and faster but I’m on ps5 so I haven’t got to play ASA so I don’t know how the alpha spawn are and shit
