It's been a while since I've taken on a food challenge at such a late hour. But thanks to my incredible Taiwanese viewers, I stumbled upon a hidden gem that they couldn't stop raving about -刘妈妈凉面(Liu Mama's Noodles)!
The dish itself is an interesting one, featuring chilled noodles cooked to an al dente texture, smothered in rich sesame sauce. Each bowl of these noodles was priced at just around $2 SGD, making it an absolute steal for the taste!
For anyone planning a trip to Taipei, I highly recommend paying a visit to this store. Open from 9.30pm -9am, it’s the perfect late-night spot for supper!

@@ZermattNeo 台北士林夜市「老厝邊麻辣涼麵」，超級好吃，麵體是彈牙有咬勁的，不是軟爛那種，他們的辣，又辣又香，非常道地好吃有30幾年以上的歷史了，老闆娘莉莎人很親切熱情他們是士林夜市第一家麻辣涼麵，味道非常濃郁，是元老級的味道比較正宗他們的味噌湯也非常濃郁
