The Ulta in my home town has no trespassing signs up near the dumpster and back of the store. I can understand why though. One day I watched two people hit up that same dumpster within 20 minutes of each other.

Could it be that the employer knew what was in there and threw it away anyways and was going back for it after work. I had a friend in HS that worked at puma here in Vegas and would throw them away and picked them up after work he give me the bowling puma bags. I resold them and got profit from it. It was only 3 bags and 1 pair of shoes.
