In my Goodwill, the were selling the Moana hook for $24.99 used. I think they are training the people that are pricing to check Ebay comps. Unfortunately I think they look at listings and not sold comps. I just read an article that they stopped taking donations because they don't have storage space. Maybe if they lowered the prices, the same items wouldn't be on the shelves week after week.

Some goodwills are worse then others. Most around here are over priced, but we have one where they keep the prices low and don’t send anything to eBay to be auctioned

Me and my sister actually found a crazy find last year, but not at a thrift store, but at a garage sale. We got a original kooky beanie boo that is worth about 200 dollars that we got for 50 cents

Wanted to thank you for the Lisa Frank BOLO! Got lucky and found a vintage backpack and binder, paid under $10 total for both. Comps say I should get $150-$200 after selling. I’m always on the lookout now! You’re the man!

Sweet finds! When I was there on NYE day I found a vintage Lisa frank puzzle brand new, vintage Bratz board game, and a Disney Pixar Cars traffic light lamp. Every time I go I leave with 2 carts full of stuff thanks to you lol

Your lucky to have thrift stores that have nice stuff. In my area there are so many ebayers, a good item to resell doesn't last but a few minutes on the shelf.

P.S. I so much enjoy your videos. Obviously your a hard working man, you deserve to make alot of money. I been reselling on ebay since 2007. Before that I helped my mom for a few years resell. Check out the comps on your converse weapons. Look up low tops. Most are from 80's-2000 era. They range from 85-250.

Hey Matt, nice score on those items at our favorite store "Eco Thrift" never been there but love it, so thanks for taking us along. Those light fixtures were a cool find but to me free shipping is over rated, not sure if you took all three for that price as even the ones with some parts were comping good money but consider $49.99 each with $16 shipping👍👍

Great video. I primarily resell LPs and Books but I always make sure to check the Toy and DVD sections for the occasional gem. Certain puzzles in great condition can go for good money. If you ever see puzzles on certain artists they're always worth a second look ie. Frida Kahlo, Norman Rockwell etc. Same goes if they came from an art gallery exhibition and are discontinued.

I work a full time and go thrifting part time on the weekends. It’s a lot of fun but maybe the thrifting hobby can turn into your full time job. I’ve been making some really good money on vintages clothing and other cool stuff.

Once you start selling and shipping frequently, it’s actually automatic. 0-4 oz same rate, 5-8 same rate, 9-12 same rate, 13-16/1lb same rate. Then anything over 1lb will be flat shipping but will get tricky depending on dimensions and whether 1lb 1oz to 2lb, 2lb 1oz to 3lb etc, but fairly easy to estimate

Cheryl Severance when you search for something on Ebay in the upper right hand corner is the word "filter" click it, scroll down to the word "sold" then click on results. It will show you anything that has sold of that product in the last 90 days 🌸

Google lens is good for pictures. The eBay app is good if you want to search by name. Hope that answers your question

Where do you live? Im in Massachusetts...and our thrift stores dont have half as nice shoes and toys as your thrifts do! Was dying to see what was in clothing section in that store!
