Frame swap from completely start to finish in 3 days is quite impressive. And Colton is really coming into his own. Reminds me a lot of Hans from Heavy D. Lots of sarcasm just waiting for him to become more comfortable on camera.

Colton is far less boring than Robby was in his first videos, stiff as a lamppost. I also remember a video or two when Hillbilly had subtitles. 😂 It was only a year ago, much has happened since then.

Also want to add, Colton! It seems like you're picking everything up very quickly. I dont know your previous automotive experience, and I know some of this stuff can be intimidating until a guy gets his confidence levels up, but you're doing great buddy. Keep up the good work and hope to see you working with Robbie and Hillbilly for a long time to come! As a certified auto tech of 17 years and autobody tech of 5, I think you're doing a great job man. Keep it up!

When searching for a Rolls make sure to specify Right or Left hand Drive as Many are Right hand Drive and if Boss is not comfortable driving from right hand side it will limit your search for her Rolls, but Locally there is a 1958 Rolls we know of that was barn find someone got running and driving but needs restoration but has no rust or damage , he is asking 17,500 in Tampa CL ads

Those shocks aren’t bad from the truck. They’re not gas struts that are supposed to bounce back. They’re fluid struts. Often times they come like that with a lift kit.

Nice work boys! Just want to mention, as a retired body engineer, that the lower rocker pinch weld is not always "the strongest point of the cab". When we intend for the pinch weld to be the jack point, there is a reinforcement that goes straight up through the section, which prevents the whole rocker section from collapsing upward. If we use another jack point, because the rocker does not need that much structure, lifting from the rocker pinch weld can collapse the section. Seeing a third, center, metal layer in the pinch weld is not always an indicator that it will take it, the inner layer may or may not be a full top-to-bottom shear plane. You need to consult the manual for jack points to be sure.

Looks like you got some old school cool on that black trucks frame! Those shocks are hydraulic and don't rebound like a gas shock would. You should be fine to use them as long as they feel smooth when cycled extended & compressed 👍
