Can we all just take a minute to appreciate how supportive Kelsey is? Cody puts himself down sometimes or tries being humble by dumbing down his accomplishments and Kesley ALWAYS validates him and corrects his negative thought patterns. They seem so on the same team and I love it ❤️

Kelsey's right! I think we all appreciate it when you're honest about reverting back to bad habits and shi. I go through the same thing (because I am a human) and it helps SO much to see someone else go through the same thing. It reduces a lot of guilt about not being perfect.

It’s great to hear Cody was going through something similar to me I was training consistently for a competition and then as it got close I started slacking with it even though I wanted it badly I couldn’t push myself makes me feel better about it. Definitely beneficial if he talked about it on Cody trains.

Cody, you should look into the Comrades ultra-marathon in South Africa! It is one of the most beautiful, scenic marathons and the running culture is insane. I think you would really enjoy it (and it's at sea-level). edit: The comrades is also the largest and oldest marathon in the world !!

I went to Luna park in Australia when I visited Sydney! It was such a fun little dinky place! There was barely anyone there and we had a great time sneaking a bottle in and just riding all the carnival rides. You missed out on such a great time! :(

35:01 i never take melatonin and I took melatonin to wake up early a few times and thats what did it for me. It reset my schedule so I can get up early without melatonin
