As a plant and gardening enthusiast myself, when I saw the gardens I immediately knew this was an owner's passion project and not a landscaper's installation. You can literally feel the years and years of love that has been poured into it. The gardens have so much character making it such a beautiful and dynamic space! Alafu you and your team have captured and presented everything so well, I am in love! Please bring us more of these.

This property has some good vibes and charm.If was to rent the smaller house I would create a separation in the garden by installing flower pots across the garden it would be equally beautiful and green

Amazing rustic property and I am all about lush gardens!. Love the laminate wood flooring and the mahogany entrance door. Pole on the husband passing away and I am sure many beautiful memoirs were shared!. An amazing home and love the pizza pit. Love the furniture simplicity . Need a piano :) . The kitchen is amazing! I am just not a white cabinetry fan but love the design. The wooden stair case design is beautiful . I would have a hammock chair on that top patio . 2nd house would be a great income property (rental). Would divide both properties . Love the cladding on the second house Patio. Unique fireplace and bathroom spaces. Thank you loved everything about this property

this is downright the best house you've ever shown on this channel, from the house design the architect understood his job, the construction is awesome, the spaces are homely, green lush garden, nature and the price quoted is very fair. whenever I see homes on this channel I have so many things not to my taste, but this one, I would have very little to change. The buyer will be very lucky. this just motivated me to work harder, if I was in the position I would buy this house. It has so much class

The houses have aged pretty well. Of course a bit of remodeling may be needed and even new roofs, but they look just fine either way. A bit of a sad moment there with the mama missing her husband. They must have had a beautiful marriage for sure. One thing I'm slowly changing perspective on and I'm almost convinced I will do is having my primary bedroom on the ground floor from the word go. It would be really sad to let go of a beautiful spacious space just cz age has caught up with me so architects you can start thinking of designs that follow that model.

@@MansaPlus I'm not pro lifts in a home hehe. Kuna venye tu I feel it would take away the homeliness in a house... Hizo nimewachia highrise apartments za Kilimani na Office blocks 😂😂😂. So that ground floor idea is actually it for me. That would mean guest bedroom either ipande juu or if you don't want your guest exploring your house too much maybe leave it on the ground floor but on the other wing of the house so that it's not sharing walls with the primary bedroom... Anyway wacha we chase the bag kwanza. Designs haziwezi shinda architect wakati ukifika 😅😅.

@@Gideon_CKDon’t we all get carried away. I too will certainly have the most spacious primary 🛌 on ground floor and no steps. 🇬🇧 has opened my eyes. As they age they down size, to eventually residential homes before one gets to 😢the grave.

Mak, this property is SO BEAUTIFUL that it indeed deserves its name PARADISE FOUND. It kind of reminds me of those Italian properties that Nick Ferrand showcases on his channel. Even the pieces of furniture are so tastefully selected. If I had that kind of money I would be embarassed to ask for a discount. I hope it finds an owner who truly adores it like the owners did; you can actually see the work they put into it.
