At night this would creep me tf out... have you ever been in the desert at night looking out into the dark... and then you're all lit up. Yeah a horror movie setting, but it is beautiful. I really love the pool.

It's like a base Minimalistic design pretending to be a fancy design. It doesn't work in my opinion.... If it was FULL ON good Minimalistic design with nice fancy touches, OR a really fancy & ornate design with good Minimalist touches, then, maybe then it might have made more sense. Otherwise this is Not Good. Just my opinion, though. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Great video...I believe you can increase your viewers if you start showing the technical side of these types of homes. A lot of us are more interested in the engineering and build, so showing the solar system batteries, inverters, and controllers would have been great.

How much did the house cost to build? How did they get it out there? Was it a prefab structure that they customized or was it built like this? It’s beautiful but 18 million is out of control. I assume it’s because it has a ton of acres? We’re seeing so many net zero prefab ADU’s and prefab homes (mostly from Latvia) that have very very similair looks for 25 grand each. Putting 6 in a row would be cost efficient. Check out some of the channels like Kenny TARNOW’s channel to see the hundreds of companies that are making contemporary all glass prefab units. 18 million you can buy an island. You can buy New York City real estate. Mansions on the Gold Coast. Apartment buildings.

So since night time you’ll have to put the lights on and if you’re expecting visitors but yet you need to have a shower or your wife has to have a shower. Where does she hide so that the visitors do not see her if they arrive while she’s in the shower? You can see you right through the building

Id live there if I was guaranteed the coolest non stop ac in the summer, not being able to experience any heat and something to keep animals and bugs out, the dessert in Joshua Tree is by far not a cool one like you said, it’s hellish !

1.7 million at most. Location is most probably very inconvenient. Inside feels very boring and unfinished. No backyard with 0 exterior design. Why is the pool inside? It would only take half a braincell to know with 18 million you can buy three different homes across the country with 2x the interior and exterior space.
