This turbodrop is really wonderful, it has a perfect design and fine finishes, spacious and very comfortable spaces. It is perfect to be the best means of transportation for every businessman.

I was part of the original security team at the National Air and Space museum/Udvar Hazy Center. They had a fly-in and an Avanti shower up. It was definitely an "Eye Catcher "

The Piaggios are all beautiful airplanes and are very fast. The only real downside is they take a lot of runway for take-off. The Evo takes 3,200 ft. Once they are airborne the get to altitude and cruise speed quickly and the canard on the front helps with stall prevention. The cabin treatments are second to none.

4:30 the three lifting surfaces are the forward wing, main wing and the fuselage itself, NOT the horizontal stabilizer, which produces downforce.

I actually love this Italian built airplane, and it is ideally a great transport airplane, and is very luxurious but as I se it, it has only JUST one deficiency and that is, it’s not a short field airplane by any means. A very very spacious cabin indeed.

It's quite an elegant looking craft. Proof that old tech is still good tech. I look forward to seeing what Piaggio comes up w/ once they start working w/ Mass Dampening Field generators. Current generators are effecting a 65% inertial Mass nullification in VTOL operation. Meaning a 30,000 lb craft VTOLs w/ 12,000 lb of thrust. Also eliminates the need for wings. Which would significantly improve the Avanti Evo's landing accessibility of highly limited LZs.

I think that for the design of the Piagio P180 they were inspired by the movie Predator (1987), because it is almost identical to the fuselage of the downed plane that the commando team gets when it enters the jungle. I've never seen a plane with the propellers in the opposite direction, apparently it improves the speed avoiding more air resistance, from what I've read. From what I can appreciate in the video it looks like another limocine, it has a very beautiful internal cockpit. It looks quite stable in flight. It never ceases to amaze me the minimalist designs of aviation. Great review, very complete.
