Concrete flooring, concrete ceiling, concrete staircase! Very nice presentation but there’s absolutely nothing spectacular about this house! It’s just a big structure on a big lot nothing special and I mean it! Such a big lot area every room should’ve a walk-in closet and a fully fitted bathroom with bathtubs! the use of space wasn’t optimistic!

Absolutely gorgeous modern Nigerian home! For ppl interested in landscaping, often times you have to put this in yourself to suit your personal taste. You can place large planters around the property and fill them up with low water, low maintenance, beautiful native plants/flowers. There’s also high quality, premium artificial grass often used on newer golf courses. They feel and look exactly like natural grass unlike the plastic ones of years ago. You will pay upfront for the high quality ones but after that minimal maintenance. No grass cutting, no watering, no fertilizer, no fungal disease, etc. Another idea, instead of these security bars (which take something from the beauty of the home) why not apply security tinted film to the inside of the window. It blocks out as much heat and light as you want and breaking thru these windows is extremely difficult due to the security films.

The quilities and materials are very nice I find so many wasted area. It would be nice if the floor plan is squarish straight forward instead of having block of pillers like the one in living roon.

There's not enough land on the side and back for lush landscaping around the mansion. It could also use a top notch interior decorator like my wife. I do like the quality materials and finishing. Very nice but I'd prefer it in Guzape.

I tell you... I really wished it's in Guzape. Yes...one downside I see...is the lack of lush..,green area...despite the massive size of land. If you don't mind please...will buzz you on interior decor/design jobs... Thank you!

That is one beautiful, cleanly elegant house. You should see what $1 million gets you in Toronto. Literally it gets you a small lot with a house that pretty much needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

Too many sitting areas downstairs and for the size of the kitchen, you should have two ovens and a 48 in refrigerator at least. Is the house air conditioned? A house thus size should be on a bigger lot. The layout is poorly designed, I like the front elevation.

The finishing especially the wood work is very poor for $1m mansion. the wardrobes are pathetic even stair case rail is a disgrace. I have seen N150m houses in Nigeria that have luxurious finish than this one.
