Love Haussmannian buildings, their style is largerly my favourite, but... This one and its layout...1,150,000 euros and when you get into the apartment and you see, as first thing... A sink and its tap... Oh my god..

Some people find the kitchen welcoming but hey, personal choices! This one is actually a modern building, typically in Haussmannien the kitchen is more hidden :)

Have been living in Paris for a long time! Furniture is easy to change, and you still keep the renovation quality!

I’ve watched a few of your videos, and I really enjoy them. The one thing that bothers me is that you don’t usually pan the camera to give a view out of the windows. I would love to see the view

Hi Alex! Do you mind telling us what’s the average profile of buyers for such apartments? Unfortunately in big cities these ordinaries places goes for extraordinaries prices, so I was wondering who are the ones buying them :P

Hi Matteo, So for these types of fully furnished properties, particularly with 2 bedrooms in a prime location, it’s often international buyers looking for a turn-key pied-à-terre. It’s not a perfect property, but has a huge amount of qualities in a brilliant location.

I love your videos. However having watched alot of them, I'll say that you fall short on breath rather easily. I obviously don't know if there any deeper cause for this, but I would recommend a bit of cardio if possible. (Sorry if you have an aliment of somekind.)
