I know agents touch on the things but, It's always nice to hear the builders explain the home the way they do, why they did what they did, etc. Beautiful home. Best of luck with this. P.S. Josh, what sneakers are you wearing? I know you've always rocked the same ones, just never knew what brand they are ( I have a pair of lagerfeld's but they started to bother the feet )

For 6,000 sq ft. You can build a house with that much space for under 500k where I live and definitely no neighbors. You will have leftover money to get a dream pool or whatever it is you like.
