I live next door for 30 years at strands point in Niguel Beach Terrace. They just built these. What they don't show you is the parking lot above these houses where everyone can see right into your house, the RV encampment because they have a ocean view, and high school kids are doing donuts in the parking lot all night. They're also putting up 2 hotels, 1 right next to the entrance of this community on pch, this will over crowd the already over crowded beach, and bring more traffic. This spot used to be un crowded and a hidden gem of a beach and a surf spot, now it's being exploited and blown out by kids playing beer pong and running from the cops for tiktok, it's a circus now. These houses also ruined the surfing spot when they dredged. So if you think you're going to buy a house like this and paddle out into our lineup to catch waves, good luck, not going to go well for you, it's very localized.

Honestly it makes me cringe so bad the blatant flaunting of wealth and disrespect for land and locals. I wish this 16 mill could be used for conservation of the dolphins and beach and habitat imagine that. No we need two toilets in one bathroom. Not to mention this house is UGLY and nasty over the top with no charm. Im sorry you have to live with this going on.

I've been to Dana Point before, and some family of mine lives in Laguna Niguel, so this house speaks to me on a whole different level. You do get some pretty decent finds in the O.C. and I really love those ocean views, they're classic.

I lived in Dana Point for over 20 Years. The association dues are 1K per month and the gates are open to the public for beach access

wouldn't want to be close to the beach like that with costal erosion due to rising sea levels at any price. Play it safe go a few miles inland and still be close to the beach so you don't have to worry about tsunamis. Once the row of houses in front of you goes, you're next and they will likely condemn your property before then.
