You really can feel the warmth of this apartment, like you said. Just a beautiful space with breathtaking views. The amenities are something you'd find in a resort. Loved the tour.

That's not a terrace, that's barely a balcony. Place one sofa on it and you wouldn't even be able to walk past it with someone sitting.

Actually, the difference between a terrace and a balcony is wether it’s built over the lower floor (terrace) or if it is standing by itself over nothing or in most cases, another balcony

I loved the lighting on the dining table, the marshmallow-like couch, the mini bar, and of course the priceless sky view! The comprehensive public facilities and the beautiful scenery at night are definitely plus points! You did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing! This building is at one of the noisiest intersections of the Upper West Side and also on the uptown route of every fire and ambulance dispatched from the west 66th street station. It also has zoning violations against it for over building. Not many lights on either.

Beautiful views! I can say that, however walls would need to be repainted. I HATE brown and tan and some of the artwork would go right into the trash. As would a set of chairs in the living room. Primary bath is absolutely gorgeous!! Love the common areas too.

Regarding those "YOUR OWN AMENITIES"... stop calling it "YOUR OWN" amenities since those amenities are shared with the other residents of the building. They would actually be your own amenities if they were all located on your own floor which can only be accessed by you.
