It's beautiful but way too alone in those hills ! It felt scary to me & I like alone but not quite that much ! I would not be able to be there by myself ! Hopefully somebody will fall in love, it's a gorgeous spot !

Yes, it is indeed a sink! It is a design feature we're seeing less and less these days in renovated homes. The previous owners renovated the building and decided to leave the window sink, to preserve it's history and add some Tuscan charm.
