It is wild to me how much these multimillion dollar skyrises do little for me. When I think of a beautiful home in New York, it will always be their townhomes. The architecture is second to none and the hearth of such homes speaks to so much character. Batman could live here and I'd be like sure. Like it's soulless.

These types of “homes” are largely real estate investments and no one lives in them. Such a shame to stage it with such beautiful decor that’s going to go untouched. Might as well not have any furnishings in these units at all

The fact that introducing a $33M penthouse was so awkwardly filmed on a random staircase in the beginning of the video by two people who can barely phonetically get out a sentence stuns me. Also, "we curated this kitchen for people who want to eat and people who want to entertain." Nice. You made a kitchen for the entire world's population. Dope description buddy. It's harder to sell because it's in an older building and in a less trendy area than the other super-expensive penthouses in Manhattan. Most of the pricey penthouses are in glassy new buildings near 59th Street.

It´s very windy on the terrace outside - given the hight of the building, I would expect it will be too cold and windy to actually spend longer time outdors. Even the plants there are constantly and quite vigourously shaken by the wind

Wild, I just stumbled across this channel and this is the first video I see. I live 3 blocks from this building and its my favorite on all the UES. I can see this penthouse from my fire escape and I can’t even tell you how many accumulated hours I’ve spent sitting and admiring it. So special to see the inside!

Second time I've seen this depressing apartment featured on KZfaq. The inside looks great until you see it from the outside... it looks like a Bond Villain lair. It is new construction but it looks like the building was retrofitted on an old brutalist industrial site. It doesn't give off welcoming vibes. You could live anywhere in NYC for this money. If I had that kind of cash I'd kick my feet up in the Plaza overlooking central park for half the price

Love the space! The arched windows and terraces are the stuff of dreams. The staged furnishings were bland and unimaginative but I’m sure it was done intentionally to let the space sing on its own merit. Oh to be wealthy enough to afford such a lifestyle.

Is that true for all arches that they give you a sense of security. That is interesting I am going to see how I feel the next time I am in a place with arches.This is a beautiful home. Thank you for the video
