@lethfuil
@lethfuil 5 ай бұрын
Definitely the weird layout (and likely some of the style). You have to change quite a bit to not have it as a giant entrance, one exhibitionist bedroom, kinda thing. Right now it's not suitable for more than 1-2 people. For 5.5mil. Plus, the all white, handleless, shiny storage stuff, you really need to like that. The graveyard view is only an issue for superstitious people, for others it's a nice and peaceful view and lots of space outside a Tokyo home. The poop window...well, crappy (:P), but it wouldn't be a problem. If it wasn't for that price point.

This is the backrooms of houses! All white walls, random rooms to nowhere, TONS of storage, only one bedroom (which is one of the smallest rooms in the house?) It's such a weird setup! There's so much I dislike about it but the views of the cemetery can't be beat 😍😍😍😍😍😍

The cemetery next to the house and visible pretty much from every important room (can be positive for some and negative for some) but other things about this house don't make sense, such as a big house and only one bedroom initially? Copious amount of storage (this is the first case in my life when I would say there is too much storage) some storage doesn't make sense like there is a second small kitchen with a lot of storage and possible room for a bedroom next door but it was initially a storage why not make it a separate space for Airbnb or for friends living space???? there is a 4 burner electric plate but the vent is so big it would fit 2 like that (excuse but if it is for 5 million why not make 2 electric plates it would allow for fantastic cooking shows, the kitchen has so much storage but there isn't even full-size washer, there are so many cupboards but not a microwave??? That kitchen is a monstrosity (tho the sink is amazing) master bathroom is pretty nice but the master bedroom is so small (cementary view in the bedroom is really weird, why would you want to look at the cementary when making babies (tho its japan they don't make them so I guess designer haven't thought about that) I heard that the cemetery is full of sakura and blooms beautifully so I can understand why there is a view on it in the bathroom. THAT TOILET WITH THE STREET VIEW IS JUST A BAD or A PERVY DESIGN. The walls are full of stains and scratches and the stairs had been designed so badly that the previous owner had to install mats to walk on them safely, (but the designer didn't think anyone would use stairs bc there is an elevator I can bet) what is this house??? oh, there is a third kitchen a screening room that is not in main living room when it is so big it can fit copious amounts of sofas and TVs????? truthfully this house doesn't cost 5.5 million bc all the work needed to be done would easily amount to 6 or even 7 million. This house is not worth its price no matter how costly Tokyo is or how big and good located it is, it has so many flaws and is literally a menace. This house is a monster. Thanks for reading poor's girl rant.

I wouldn't mind having a cemetery next door. I used to have a rail road track near my house so the silence would be much preferred. Unfortunately I don't have enough to afford that house; it's a possible goal to aim for. Side Note: I've heard there are some nice homes in Kawasaki, which is a rather cheap area of Greater Tokyo to live in. Might be a good place to cover in future.

Okay I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I'm a bit of a metalhead/goth and love the cemetery view. If you are going to live in one of the most densely populated places on earth, having a few thousand of your neighbors being corpses does up the peace/quiet factor. Plus that looks like a fun place to get in a quick 2-3km run. Yeah first couple floors are WTF in their layout and need some love, but the layout in the living room/kitchen/master bedroom are AWESOME!!! Not my first choice in tile or kitchen cabinets but I could live with what's there. Sand down those hardwood floors and put a natural oak(not pickled!!!) finish on them, would really update the space from those awful dark 2000's era floors.

Nice...very nice, gives me an idea for New Orleans! It's a perfect fixer upper, but the limited number of bedrooms means that it is hard to put more than $500k into it after paying $5.5 for it. The kitchen is great, maybe just new countertops, but I wouldn't live there indefinitly, so when I no longer need a residence in Tokyo, I need to be able to sell it for a profit. Would require changing some of the floor plan! I think it would be worth it if a 3 bed 2 bath home remodeled gets $7.5. It's not necessarily making money since I've enjoyed the utilitarian value of living and working from there, but I can't afford to lose money!

I like the retouched Japanese caption 日本語が上手になったので、使えるときに使いたい。I actually like this property, I still think its very much a business property for a art/media studios or renovation into an Esports house or something techy (completely bias) I recently connected with a business owner who registered 1 of his houses as a business property for his wife's cooking LLC, it looked like this house but in Roppongi with a 4 car garage soo he could store his toys.

I like all the space. Everything seems so small in Japan. This home is huge but it seems very cold and industrial. Of course furniture and art would make a difference. The worst thing about this place isn’t the cemetery. It’s all the white on white with more white. I’d have to have an employee that wipe walls. Wipe glass and generally dust everything over and over every day. My OCD couldn’t take it. 😊
