I honestly think this is like those overpriced homes in LA. I'd honestly buy the 4,000,000$ homes in Alberta than this one. It just doesn't meet the standards. Or maybe they overpriced it because of the location?...maybe?? The 2million dollar homes in Canada were much more large and spacious than this one. but that was a very nice presentation. Really loved your shorts Jayden

Location is a big factor in a home valuation. Situated on one of the most sought after islands in Miami with limited amount of homes available and demand growing, this drives up price.

Spacieux avec une hauteur sous plafond assez bien mesurée, une entrée sobre, le jardin magnifique mais la déco est laid, ils auraient pu mieux s'appliquer dans les choix de déco.

I think I've changed. When this channel first started, I'd watch videos like this with my jaw open. I still kind of do, but it's tainted by a bit of sadness that somebody would spend $40M on their house instead of $4M and helping hundreds of others get housing.

When it comes to million dollars income business. Uncle Sam taxes 30% or more for the year. These home are taxes write off as business homes. Some times 12 plus business owners are listed on the deed.

Baseless design is loved by many architects, it can give that sparse Chelsea gallery look that puts focus on the art and people in the room rather than the room itself.

The furnishing is terrible. They've overdone it with all the art work, including Peloton bikes in random places, an ugly TV stand in the master bedroom which looks like a rolling monitor you'd have in an office and more.

If your not one for unique art, it can look overdone. The owners have some really cool pieces! The rolling TV stand seems like a great idea because you can move it away when not in use to take advantage of the views.
